The location is perfect, situated just across the river from the city center and easily accessible via a free 24-hour ferry. The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms for two are equipped with three small beds, perfect for small groups or families. The addition of a balcony is a nice touch, providing a relaxing outdoor space.

The hotel is in a perfect quiet location, away from the tourist areas, but close to the main old town Amsterdam activities and sites. It is easily accessible by taking the free ferry, which only takes 3 minutes from the main station. The staff is nice and helpful, providing guests with a map and recommendations for dinner and the best museums to visit. The rooms have comfortable beds and there is consistent hot water in the bathroom.

The rooms are quite small, which may be a drawback for some guests.

There were several maintenance issues in the room that need addressing. the door knob fell off when I tried to lock the door, which was quite inconvenient.
